1. A team of 𝐦𝐚𝐱𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐦 𝟑 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬 can participate in the event.
2. 𝐋𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐬 are also welcome to participate.
3. Everyone must keep the𝐦𝐢𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐨𝐟𝐟 and 𝐰𝐞𝐛 𝐜𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐚 𝐨𝐧 to maintain the decorum.
4. The decision given by our judges will be final and binding. In case of any dispute, kindly contact the student coordinator first.
5. Participants are requested to have proper internet connection and devices fully charged.

𝐑𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐃 𝟏- 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧

1. The teams are required to submit a summary of their business plan.

2. 𝐄𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐚 𝐢𝐧 𝐚 𝐏𝐃𝐅 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐭 𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐤𝐢.𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐩𝐞𝟐𝟐@𝐠𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐥.𝐜𝐨𝐦.

3. The summary 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐛𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬 and should cover the following aspects:

● Objective
● Target market
● Project Stage
● Products and services
● Marketing and sales strategies
● Competitive analysis
● Funding and budget allocation for the processes and operations
● Number of employees to be hired and involved.
● How the business plan will be implemented

The introduction page should contain the following details of all the participants:

● Name
● College
● Course
● Email ID
● Mobile number

4. The following details need to be kept in mind while preparing the summary:

5. The Business plan idea or execution 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐛𝐞 𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 and if found to be plagiarized, the team would be disqualified.

In Round 2, the qualified teams would be required to present their business pitch before the judges which would be followed by Q and A session.

2. Participants have the creative liberty to present their business pitch however best suits them. (In the form of PPT, infographics or video etc.)

3. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐛𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝟓 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐬.
