As a Moderator Intern for our organization, you will have the opportunity to help facilitate and maintain a positive and productive group discussion environment. You will be responsible for monitoring and moderating discussions, ensuring that participants are respectful, on-topic, and adhere to our discussion guidelines.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Intern:

• Monitoring group discussions and addressing inappropriate behavior
• Enforcing discussion guidelines and ensuring discussions remain on topic
• Responding to participant inquiries and providing support when necessary
• Collaborating with the discussion management team to develop new policies and procedures for moderation
• Contributing to the development of new ideas and concepts for group engagement
