Greetings from the Time Travellers Society, College of Vocational Studies, University of Delhi!

We are excited to present Karvaan 2026, our annual flagship two-day event celebrating culture, history, and youth engagement, scheduled for 8th–9th April 2026 at CVS. The event will witness participation from 500+ students across Delhi University and other colleges.



We are offering the following sponsorship packages:

Gold Sponsorship – ₹40,000

- Dedicated promotional reel for your product on our official Instagram page
- Logo placement on our main event banner and stage backdrop
- Permission to set up a stall within the college premises during the event
- On-stage mention by anchors as the official sponsor of the event

Silver Sponsorship – ₹20,000 / In-kind

- Instagram story promotion featuring your product
- Logo placement on all digital posters and banners
- On-stage mention during the event
