ESIC Synovia 2026 is a 3-day inter-college medical fest at ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Faridabad, scheduled for 23–25 October 2026, bringing together medical students and participants from colleges across Delhi-NCR.
The fest will involve registrations, sports and cultural events, merchandise, food/stall payments, sponsorships and other participant transactions. We are looking to partner with a payment management/gateway company to provide a centralized, secure and trackable digital payment system for the event.
The proposed system will allow all participant payments to be collected centrally, while authorized coordinators can raise payment requests for their respective activities. This will provide transparent transaction tracking, simplified reconciliation and centralized financial control throughout the fest.
