Know Where You Stand: The Resume Challenge 2026 is an online resume competition designed to help students and early-career professionals understand how effectively they present their academic journey, skills, achievements, internships, certifications, and career aspirations.
A resume is more than a document—it is often the first impression a recruiter, hiring manager, or organisation has of a candidate. This competition gives participants an opportunity to put their resume to the test, benchmark their professional profile against fellow participants, and learn what makes a resume clear, relevant, impactful, and career-ready.
The competition will be conducted in one round.
In Round 1 – Resume Submission & Evaluation, participants will submit their latest professional resume, which will be evaluated by the judging panel based on factors such as resume structure and organisation, ATS compatibility, clarity and relevance of content, professional presentation, and language.
The final winner will be determined based on resume quality and content.
