Entrepreneurship Development Cell, Thapar Institute Of Engineering and Technology successfully organized the annual Entrepreneurial Fiesta, E-Summit’24.

E-Summit’24 was a four-day extravaganza which began on 22th February, 2024 and ended on 25th February, 2024.

Day-1: On 22nd February 2024, EDC-TIET kick-started E-Summit’24 , with a grand Opening Ceremony. The Chief Guests for the evening were Dr.Tanu jain, an Ex-bureaucrat and Mr.Prateek Mittal. Both of them inspired the audience with their life experiences and also shared their struggles. At the end of the Opening Ceremony, all the events of E-Summit’24 were revealed. 

Day-2: Internship Fair & Startup-Expo took place on 23th February,2024 with 44 companies that joined this event to offer internships to the students. Attendees got an opportunity to interact with entrepreneurs across various domains. It provided them with a platform to create meaningful connections and expand their professional network.

Day-3: On 24th February, 2024, there were two major events planned i.e. BizConcalve and Unwind. The day began with BizConclave, where Himeesh Madaan, a famous YouTube personality and Aakash Anand, the founder of Bella Vita, joined us for an amazing session. Then, the preparations for the most awaited event, “UNWIND”. Mr.Ashneer Grover and Mr. Balbir Singh, the health minister of Punjab, graced this auspicious evening with their presence. Mr. Ashneer Grover shared his journey of how he built his own companies, interacted and provided some valuable insights to participants.

Day-4: Networking Carnival took place on 25th February 2024, where everyone explored the latest trends, styles, and designs from the biggest Streetwear brands in the business, savored a wide array of mouth-watering cuisines and tried fun games with their friends.

E-Summit’24 ended on an excellent note. All of the events were houseful, and attendees got an opportunity to forge valuable connections, exchange ideas, and explore collaboration in a more fun and relaxed environment. Overall, E-Summit’24 was a great success.
