The MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Convention, and Exhibition) Study Program of Politeknik Negeri Jakarta will hold the 3rd International Scientific Conference of MICE (ISCOMICE) at Aminta Hall, The East, Jakarta, on Tuesday, July 1, 2025. This year’s conference carries the theme “Innovating for Sustainability: Transforming MICE and Tourism for Global Impact.”

Three invited speakers from leading MICE institutions and industries will join the conference: Prof. Dr. Noel Scott, Professor and Deputy Director at Griffith University, Australia; Dr. Eunjung Kim, researcher and lecturer at Edith Cowan University, Australia; and April Layla Joseph, Director of Sustainable Events at JEJAWI Advisors, Malaysia.

The 3rd ISCOMICE aims to provide a platform for scientific discussion among academics, professionals, and other stakeholders in the MICE and tourism sectors to address global challenges and promote sustainable practices.

In addition to plenary sessions, the conference will feature scientific presentations in parallel sessions, with papers reviewed by experts with strong academic and industry backgrounds in the MICE field.

The top three papers will have the opportunity to be published in journals indexed in Sinta 2 to Sinta 5, while other selected papers will be published in internationally indexed proceedings.

The presented research is expected to make a meaningful contribution to academic advancement and the global development of the MICE industry.

We invite researchers, lecturers, students, and professionals to submit scientific papers on various topics such as Business Events, Event Destinations, Venue Operations & Management, Event Marketing & Technology, Tourism & Hospitality, and Non-MICE Events. Submitted articles must align with the conference theme and contribute to the sustainability of the MICE and tourism industries.
