Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am writing on behalf of Dhiti, the English Literary Association of Maitreyi College, University of Delhi. Dhiti is a student-led academic and cultural body that organises literary discussions, creative engagements, and inter-college competitions throughout the academic year.

Our inter-college competitions attract participation from students across the University of Delhi and other institutions, fostering critical thinking, creativity, and intellectual exchange. Collectively, our major events witness an on-ground footfall of approximately 2,000 - 3,000 students and faculty, making them effective platforms for institutional outreach.

We are currently seeking collaborations with institutions for our upcoming competitions and events. In association with Dhiti, we are pleased to offer the following engagement opportunities:

Brand visibility across event-related promotional material, including posters, banners, stage backdrops, and college-wide circulation.

Social media promotion, including posts, stories, reels, and sponsor mentions across Dhiti’s official platforms.

On-ground presence at our flagship annual event, Ekphrasis, through stall space or brand representation, subject to discussion.

Seminars, workshops, or webinars conducted for students on relevant themes. These sessions would be structured and conducted on a paid basis, as mutually agreed.

We are also open to discussing any additional deliverables or engagement formats that your institution may wish to propose.

Support for our competitions and events may take the form of monetary sponsorship or assistance, the details of which can be discussed to ensure mutual value.
